India’s Bihar state is located in the north. Vocational trades are governed by the Department of Employment and Training (DET) which is controlled by the Department of Labor Resources of the State Government of Bihar. Vocational (Engineering and non-Engineering) trade training is offered by the state to provide the young people with practical skills and to help the industries with a skilled and trained workforce.
State issues are handled by the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), which works under the guidelines of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). Students who complete their training and course requirements under the rules and regulations of NCVT and SCVT are awarded a National Trade Certificate (NCT) or State Level Certificate (SLC). Five hundred and sixty-six ITI centers are located in Bihar, 28 of them government-run. The total number of students can be accommodated at 1,11,027.
BCECEB (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board)
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is governed by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act 1995. To get into various professional courses offered in various institutions of the state, you must take a competitive examination. Each year, BCECEB conducts the competitive examination. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Bihar, selects candidates for admission into various ITI of Bihar.
BCECEB) is going to conduct the 1st year MBBS/BDS Entrance Exam on 27th May, 2016. The BCECEB was established in 1973 under an Act of Bihar State Legislature. One can also get previous year papers from official website for better practice.

To sit for the ITI entrance test, you must have completed 10th grade. At the time of admission, the age limit for candidates taking the entrance test must be between 14 and 40.
