The NCVT MIS portal allows students to check the status of their e-certificates from any state that offers ITI. Checking the details of a Certificate issued by an institute or board is crucial, see instructions for verifying a Certificate.
There are 6 ways to get the Certificate Status through the NCVT MIS portal, you can choose any one of them. The status will be available during 12:00 AM to 11:45 PM (IST). If the status is not visible in this time period please try again later.
Click on ‘FROM’ dropdown and select your start state Then click on ‘TO’ dropdown and select your destination state Find out details for each institute or board that offers ITI courses in the selected states by clicking on respective rows Now check/verify Certificate issued by any institute or board under these categories using their individual routines Certificates from your home state should appear under ‘MY CERTIFICATES‘ section
Certificate Verification Process
All the NCVT MIS certificate verification requests will be honored continuously during 7 days from date of creation, i.e., certificates created on 1st May 2017 will get verified upto 8th May 2017. After that these certificates must be checked manually.

Studying Elsewhere (Not Entirely Related to NCVT MIS):
Verification of certificates through the NCVT MIS portal is earnestly recommended for students who are studying ITI courses in board / institutes that are not entirely related to NCVT MIS. You can refer whatever below mentioned conditions apply to you, if your certificate is not getting verified through the NCVT MIS portal:
“ITI Issuing Board / Institute is not related to NCVT MIS”. “ITI Certificate Number format is not listed in NCVT MIS portal”.

Please select your start state and destination state in 2 drop down boxes and click search to find out details of all ITI courses present in both states and then verify your certificate under ‘MY CERTIFICATES’ section only if it’s status is “verified”. In case of any missing or incorrect certificate please contact respective boards / institutes to make them aware of this situation. Your counldn’t be considered as missing since you have been verified.
How to ITI Certificate Verification Method
Verify your certificate by following these steps:
- Visit the NCVT MIS official website
- Hold down the verification button in your menu bar while clicking on e-certificate verification in the dropdown menu.
- The third step is to enter your Certificate Number.
- Step 4: Choose the certificate you want to verify.
- Step 5: You need to have passed the NCVT or have obtained an apprenticeship certificate.tificate.
- You will need to fill out both of these details and click on the Search button in Step 6.
Upon entering a correct certificate number, all certificate information will be displayed. The e-certificate can be verified online this way.
